Dear Experts,
In my present DV & 498A Case levelled on me by my wife, after awarding the ex-parte Interim Maintenance Allowance to me, now the Trial Court has sent my case for "Mediation Cell" besides knowing that my wife has filed Divorce too in family court.
What happen in the Mediation Cell and what precautions should I take? If the mediation will be failed then what will be happen?
On the other side if in the mediation, my wife will willing to take back all the cases filed against me and want to living with me then in case what should I do and can court will assure me that she will not file any case in feature? Because I know all the people pressurize me to take back her on her condition. Plz suggest.
