Medical Grounds

Can we file eviction for bonafide requirement under medical grounds with  a.p rent controller ? My father  aged 65yrs who is alone stays with me rightnow would like to move into his property which is on rent. Tenant reluctant to vacate the premises. My father was advised to have a mentally peaceful life by doctors. Can he submit the doctor certificate to court? Will court accept such certificate? pls help me with your advises how to approach?

It is good ground to ask the tenant to vacate. Courts will definitely consider the issue of owner's occupation and grant the relief to you. The medical certificate will be accepted. All the best.

u ve got quite a good ground to plead.

bonafide/ personal necessasity is best of the grounds availablle under any rent law....the health of ur father and requisition of premises for his healthy living is a good ground.

go ahead with ur petition...
