My brother is an MBBS graduate. He went to Germany for his post graduation. He was a junior surgeon or intern there. during a surgery a team of 4 surgeons and 2 interns whose duty is to watch the surgery. in those surgery the patient dies and her husband filed case and all 6 members certificates including UG MBBS certificates are all cancelled.
we don't know what to do and how to proceed. we need legal advice and help please...
I don't think that its doctor's mistake. Because before operation doctor always saying to patients family member that whatever happens to patient during operation.
