Medical negligence

Hi all,

I am putting up this post on behalf of my friend. Her father met with an accident a couple of months ago and was operated upon in a reputed hospital in Amritsar. However, there have been a few complications post surgery. They want to file a case of medical negligence on the hospital and the involved doctor.

Could you please recommend a good lawyer in Amritsar or Chandigarh whom she can approach and discuss the case.

Ask around and discuss with a lawyer specializing in such/consumer cases. Show all docs on record.
