I have just enrolled myself as an advocate with Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa. I want to practice in Mulund (west). I want to know if it is necessary for me to become a member of Bar Association of Mulund (w) or I can practice without being a member of Bar Association of Mulund (w). Or is there any rule of law?
