Mere inability to repay loan is not cheating

The honourable Supreme Court recently held that mere failure to repay a loan would not make it a criminal offence unless there is an underlying criminal intent.
What do the members of this forum feel about the same?

Yes it says but inch inch of India cannot be implemented .there r high tech and super specialty hospitals that means that they do u Amar or chiranjivi that be here in after that no death occurs. Because super doctors and specalists r there.

If that is the case wife or sister they will take and rape and vasool.  Fact.  Dont know what supreme court has to say about that.
