I filed an MFA in October 2013. The court admitted it on 24th July 2014. Now I have been waiting for the hearing date since last 2.5 months. But I do not know when will I get the hearing date.
Will I have to give application for getting it in the high court, or I will get it? What is the tentative time for getting the MFA heard and getting the judgement? I have been acquitted from false 498a case and have already submitted the judgement copy of it to the high court.
Will judges get angry if a speedy date application is filed and will it affect the judgement?
