Hi I am Gautam from Vadodara, My father is recently registered as farmer in 2015 from my Grandfather's documentation. We would like to buy another land on the name of my father because the land of my grandfather is too small and it is very hard to devide in three brothers.
1) what is the minimum land we should buy at new place to continue as farmer ?
2) is there any restrictions if we purchase land in another district but within Gujarat state only.
3) What is the procedure to but new agriculture land in another district ?
