I have recently registered Construction & Sale deed of my flat. Construction deed number was wrongly entered in sale deed. Hence I filed a rectification deed and got it registered.
Query is : When I look my original sale deed and the rectification deed, the builder name is typed as "Dreams Homes" instead of "Dream Homes". All the pages he has put his seal as "Dream Homes" only and signed
(Except in two pages, all other page it is written as "Dream Homes". Only in the first page of sale deed & rectification deed, it is written as "Dreams Homes"
When I asked the builder, he is saying its a minor mistake and will not affect anything.
Should I go for another rectification or is it fine to leave as it is
