minor's property after death

what happens to the property of a minor who predeceases his parents? does a minor have legal heir for his properties? what happens if the property was purchased in the name of minor and the minor dies? what happens if the property was purchased out of his own income? pls guide.

property title is in the name of minor purchased by father of the minor. minor died at the age of 9. what happens to the property? is legalheirship applicable to minor? or the property reverts to the original owner or the person who actually invested for the benefit of minor?
