Minor's share

Partition suit is going on in the civil court. All my sisters are ready to compromise with me and they are ready to give their share to me. We are planning for a compromise petition. But there are also share holders who are the legal heirs of one of my dead sister. One such legal heir was not ready for compromise and she has a minor son who has also a share. The court has appointed a lawyer for that minor son. Now the mother of that minor son has become ready to comprmise. Now what is the next procedure. What to do with the court appointed lawyer. Is that OK if the mother of minor son, who is also the guardian of her son tells to the court that she is compromising and not pressing for partition and her share and her minor's share can ramin with me.
