Misbehave in private female hostel

My friend lives in a private pg in Lucknow. One night there was no supply of water ( drinking water also ) so she call to caretaker of that hostel and other girls also talking about the same problem then little argument with caretaker then he ( caretaker ) complaint to hostel owner that she provoked to other girls this is not true then owner said that vacant the pg within 3 days.

She didn't do anything like this . Caretaker exaggerated about her to the owner and she told to leave .

What she can do ?

She should convince the hostel owner that it was a false case. She can take other girls as witnesses, provided that they are willing to be witnesses.

Hello,

I am Delhi based advocate. This matter shall be resolved upon having a stay order which can easily be gotten as per the facts of this case.

Further in such situations the hostel owner upon seeing a determined advocate compromises and settles the matter immediately. You should not worry your friend would not have to leave the hostel.
