You should narrate the facts at least that as to who misplaced the documents. Without a proper brief how could you seek any opinion?

It is a general question for general opinion of the experts. There are 3 types. 1) Lost by the owner himself. 2) Lost by the person holding it as security. 3) Lost by the Court where the case is filed.
