Mistake done in registration document

my mom have purchased a land and done a registration regarding the land with a East to West 39.8 feet north to south 22.4 feet but the total sq feet measurements is 891.52 but according to document it is entered as 899.48 sq feet .. is there a way to change this mistake will it occur any problems in further if we don't change it ...

you need to rectify the mistake by executing rectification Deed immediately otherwise it will become problem in future

The owner has said that there is a c.d. in which we can change it and will give you the document with the correction done and no need of rectification deed .
whether that will a valid document ..
