@Querist:  If she is planning to lodge false complaints against you, nothing can be done to prevent it instead you may take precautionery measures by obtainiing Anticipatory bail after she lodges a complaint and then challenge her case.  Taking divorce from her will depend on the problems and grounds you have proposed to go ahead. The suicidal trend or feeling will hamper you and your kid's future. Stand up and face.

If your boss tortures you and dominate you, will you leave your job ? you cant, reason with out job you cant live, so u will bare your boss, you may say i will change job, but you have to bare this till you get new job.
