My marriage done in 2009 & we have doughter 4 year old. My wife after 1& 1/2 year went to her fathers home with her brother. After that she denied to come back & filed case under 498a & other 5 act against me & my family (Mother, Brother & sister & my Father who was expired one year before in her presence. Police arrested me & I was in jail & after I got bail. After few months my family fried tried to contact my wife father & after their efforts my wife put a condition that she wat to live seperate from my family. I have taken House on a rent for 11 months. After Six month my wife applied For Quashed Fir for 498a .
For Last 2 & 1/2 year we Live togather at our rented House with my Child. In this period she continuously abuse me & my famIly.
In last month again She has created dispute with me & called his brother & gone along with her brother to her Fathers Home. She & her brother thretended me that she will reopen the case of 498a & send in in jail .
Please advise me what to do.
