Delhi Govt. is not issuing this license for reasons unknown,though I have read some where at RBI site that Punjab Money Lender License is prevailing in Delhi and I have read this Act also and it declares that license to money lender license can be issued.Then why this license is ,yet not given in Delhi is a mystery t me also.

as our business is only done with cash their is no relevance of bank transaction

AMIT, money lending is a crime in Delhi and U can not recover your money legally lent commercially.
Wanna be legal,no way,find out some other business.
