Need advise on next steps to recover money
1) Railway Tribunal Court awarded money for Rs. 4 lakhs in an accident claim.
2) Money claimed by 2nd wife and kids of deceased supressing information on kids of first wife.
3) Implead petition was filed by kid of 1st wife but was dismissed since succession certificate was not produced.
4) Money collected by 2nd wife and kids.
Questions:
1) Should a civil suit be filed for recovery of money along with succession?
2) What is authority of civil court over Railway Tribunal?
3) Should appeal be filed in Railway Tribunal?
4) What should be next steps?
