My father has given money to my 5lac uncles son 2007 on relation basis, but his real estate business going very well, so he told my father that I will give you 6.5 lacs after two years, till 2015 amount reached to 12,00,000, after 2015 his condition is very bad and he is not in capacity to pay our capital also, but he is ready to give one duplex on 100 Rs stamp paper , which market value is maximum 6lac,after taking in writing can I file recover suit?
