i think i should be more clear
charged u/s,420,465 + denied bail because the respondent police lied in the high court that the final report was filed in 2008,given bail in 2009 by the lower court- the question is:
1. can the respondent-having caused perjury-now file the `final report/charge sheet?'
2. if so-what is the time prescribed?
3.citations required please for reference purposes.
