In Usufructuary mortgage the Limitation act commences , when mortgagee demanded the money, refused by Mortgagor OR after the date of mortgage has been executed???? Also Mortgagor retain the possession with them, when the limitation starts??

Please eloborate the same, about 30 yrs,
Mortgage was executed on 1945, whether mortgage still subsist. Which Limitation will apply.
1963 OR 1908???
