Mother property

my grand mother has 3 acres of land .she has a son and 2 daughters .In what ratio the property will be divided .

Is it true that the property of mother belongs to Daughters of her only, but not to her son.

It is believed that the Lady is Hindu.

The legal heir (including son and daughter) has equal rights in wealth.

During her life time she can give away full self acquired wealth and her share in ancestral property to anyone.

If the female Hindu dies intestate then:

 >> If the women has acquired any property from her Husband, in that case the first right will be of the heirs of her husband, in case of absence of his sons or daughters

 

>> If the women has acquired any property from his Father or Mother, in that case the first right will be of the heirs of her father and not husband, in case of absence of his sons or daughters
