After the death of my father, we got some money which is in the name of my mother as I was a minor at that time. That money is being invested in mutual funds in my mother's name In karnataka. No other asset or property.
My mother runs away from home every now and then. She never took care of me . Neither she is having any interest in living with me. We never shared a mother/daughter relation or sentiments from the beginning for the obvious reasons.
I live in Pune for my job.
Now my mother says that she will dispose off everything and live in some ashram and she is absconding as of now.
Is there any feasibility that i take custody of her as well as the investments? All i want to be executed from Pune as I cant travel to Karnataka now and then.
