After divorce the custody of girl child given to mother but girl child name was change by the way of hindu apodtion law was adopt by brother in law without the given any information to his father and name of girl child change as father name remove and brother in law and her wife name was submitted to the registrar of birth and death in ahmedabad gujarat with the adoption of hindu apodtion law as me and ex wife is muslim till date. any remedy for it. get revert back.
