We are a msme unit. we have filed case against our buyer in MSME council to recover our payment. We came to know that a bank has approached NCLT against our buyer, to recover his money. NCLT has given notice to our buyer.
Now, if we get order of council in our favour, what should we do ? Whether we have to approach NCLT for execution of decree ?
