muddamal vehicle not relese in prohibition case

when fir registered of prohibition case and up to 10 liter liquor secized and vehicle also secized by police.vehicle owner apply for release vehicle in court.but as per the section 98(2) of prohibition act.court declined and reject application.any latest judgement of s.c. to discuss about this issue...??
