Municipal Authorities in collusion with an offender of Building Rules and other Municipal rules provided contradicting statement in different places in court, legal reply and in information provided under RTI Act, 2005. Also manipulated statements clearly provided in the Affidavit of the petitioner in a misleading way to the court in the Counter Affidavit. How to tackle this problem? Whom should we approach?

Approach the same court or the higher court.

you can approach the same court for showing municipality's conduct and get relief, saying that municipality has not come before court with clean hands.
