Dear sir/madam,
My father has been killed by a boy and case filled US IPC 304,307 .My fathers was serously beaten and got admitted in hospital for 12 days and then after he died. The boy surrendered himself after 2 month of filing the case and got bail after two to three month imprisonment.
My question is that whether any wrong happens to my case or it is usual of getting bail after 2-3 month imprisonment??
Will I get justice or not??

Weather bail will be granted or not, it is totally based on the merit of the case, if you think that bail is granting without considering the facts and circumstances of the case you can appeal in high-court for cancelation of Bail.
