A mumbai Muslim Girl was married in Tamil nadu state (Villupuram District) on 14th November 2018, The boy was doubt on her virginity and her previous love, He forced her to give Kula to avoid present law conditions(He cant give Talak in short period of time). the local Jamth people(Kahji) also supported local boy forced her to give kula, the girl and her father was forced to signed on 20 RS stamp paper the document was prepared in Tamil language on 28 November 2018 (with in 2 weeks), both father and girl does not know Tamil language.
Please advise is that Kula is legal or is that 20 RS stamp is valid?
If kula and stamp paper is not valid,
What action the girl should take against the boy and Jamath?
