Mutual divorce as per christian marraige act

Q1. Is "Streedhan" acknowledged as per Christian Marraige Act or Christian Law?

Q2. During Mutual divorce as per Christian Marraige Act, is the Jewellery given by the boy's side during marraige to be returned by the girl side?

If the boy has reciepts and photographs of the jewellery given to the girl at the time of marriage, it can be taken back.  The girl cant claim the jewellery after divorce has been granted.

ornaments and trousseau given at marriage, is much simllar to Stridhan on which the woman has complete dominion and she can recover it.

Respected Shonee Kapoor ji,

 Is Ornaments presented by the bridegroom to the bride at the during the  marriage (Christians) comes under the meaning of stridhan ?. Later,  marriage was broken, fied MCD, one of the conditions that  she should rerturn the jewellery to husband at the time of granting divorce by the court. Now she is refusing to return the same. Can the husband get the jewellery back. Is there any such the custom of stridhan  prevailing in christian society ?  Yesterdayalso  I sent a email 2 U in another issue. Thanks in advance.
