Mutual divorce but which state has faster courts ?

Hi 

In my 16 Months marriage , My wife has been staying in at her Father place for last 7 months all efforts for her return have failed . 

I am from Goa and she is from Karnataka , I could like to know which State it will be advisable to file divorce ? . We are not taking to each other nor is the family . I could like to know how we can make a approach . Marriage took place in Goa .
