I filed a conjugal rights petition few months back and it is in mediation stage. Two months given to mediation is going expire on 5th march 2013. My wife changed her mind many times during mediation and finally both lawyers force her to take 12 lacs for giving divorce. She agree for that. Lawyers said before 5th march file will be returned to court from mediation and we can file mutual divorce on the same day. Again it will be referred to mediation on that day. Now my question is if i adjust money and give DD on that day, how many days it will take to get divorce? Is there any necessity of mediation again since same is failed before? Will I get judgement copy on same day or we will have to wait 6th months as in regular mutual petion?
Will there be any possibility that she will appeal again the judgement if it settles in mediation stage?
please answer me ASAP.
