My mutual divorce case is in family court. . i have separated more than 3 year and also completed three months cooling period of mutual divorce case. i had discuss to my advocate for easily divoce. He told that no chance to get divoce before six month cooling period.
Have any chance to get easily divoce in before six month cooling period?
i don't like going to higher court. .Any chance to get easily divoce in family court . i expecting valuble points

i am applying sunday for mutual divorce, can u tel me how i can pay for entaire process? i mean how much, bcoz lawyer fee im paying mot my wife.

No such period can only be waived off by SC and that too in extreme cases. The process to go to SC in itself would take a lot of time. So better wait for three months
