Sir,
I have bought an apartment on my wife's name 5 years back and paid the home loan completely.
Now, I want to file mutual divorce with her acceptance. But before that I want to transfer apartment on my name.
Will I face any difficulties in future (selling the house after getting divorce)?

yes you can very well transfer the apartment on your name but to avoid future claims by your wife you need to make a mention of it in the mou you workout between you and your wife
