That In the District Court Of Muzaffarnagar there is Thana Civil Lines whose executive judicial in charge is A.C.J.M.-2 of all local Bail and complaints which may addresses under Thana Civil Lines of Muzaffarnagar district. That for this Thana Civil Lines deputed a One Parokar i.e Constable for submitting and getting daily orders and report from Thana Civil Lines to ACJM2 Court and vice versa. That the parokar name Devendar 9457649960 has been working and appointed for this work so long. That the A.C.J.M-2 have rebuked and scolded him several times to do daily report work on time and with sincerity but in contrast with he pretense always that next time he will do it that and that why many number of adjournments would put in many criminal cases and bail urgent matters and the Thana Civil Lines due to work load also not appointed an another Parokar for doing daily report work for the District COurt of Muzaffarnagar.

That in the Police Act 1861 provide that every police officer always to be on duty and may work on time and for this if any negligence may happen than under S.29 the liable police officer may be fined for his 3 month Salary or 3 month imprisonment or both of not working according to the law and bring daily domestic duties work on time.
