Myself Himanshu Arora i am holding a current account of indusind bank and my account was blocked due to some misunderstanding by my clients. Now Problem is that my another client deposit the amount of Rs.7,45,000 today and i have around Rs. 9,18,600 in my current account. Is there any way to withdrawal that money or return back.

Hi! Thanks for the question! Here you will need to do two important things -
1. Set your matter right with the client and the bank so that the misunderstanding is sorted.
2. File an application in the curt for getting the account unblocked. Once your details and account has been scrutinized, the conflicting party is also at peace with you and the court is convinced that the account can be unblocked, an order will be passed in your favour.
If the opposite party writes a no objection for you and cooperates and a proper application is filed, you may get the order in 1 or 2 dates maximum. If the opposite party raises an objection, then you will have to go through the proceedings which may take time.
