my father has filed maintenance case under sec. 125 crpc

Hi to all, my father has filed maintenance case against me and my elder brother. He is a Retd govt employee and getting pension around 130000. He dont look after his own wife and all the money he spend for himself. He is spendthrift. He said in his petition that he is thrown out of house and the he needs maintenance of 10000 Rs from each of his son. In interim order, judge dismissed his request. Now it is very difficult for us to attend dates as we are doing job at other places. I am very happy to lookafter him, but he wants money. I am very depressed with it. It is affecting my professional life also. Recently my advocate died in accident. Now the Case is handled by his brother's daughter. But she is not bold to speak in front of judge. I am very confused and worried about it. Please give your valuable suggestions /opinions about it. Thankful to you for sparing your valuable time to read it. Looking forward for your reply.

Only when father is unable to maintain himself. Will depend upon his expenses and the family standard of living....
