Hi Sir, I am writing this to know about husband rights and about his parents, one of my friend stays with his mom and dad individually diffrent portions,But his wife is torturing him with her behaviour and blackmailing to suicide, they have evidence when she is threatening them.with this evidence he may ask for divorce? if not how he can file a case againaist her plase suggest.
