I made an rental agreement to pay one month rent against any maintainance or repair or paint work needed while leaving rental house. But lady land owner saying i have made her home dirty and deducted 2 months rent (ie Rs. 30,0000 instead of Rs. 15000) from the advance given.
Please suggest how to fight against this cheating made to me..
