My husband having a second wife and one daughter from her...they do it court marriage... And ryt now they file a divorce case.. That is good for me?? ...

Actually my husband realised his mistake.. And take mutually divorce... But I won't allow him to take divorce i said do it null and void case.. Now he is ready... my difficulty is if we r giving her to his child security.. later her daughter has any rights on my husband property after the age of 18
