As rightly suggested by Mr. Sudhir Kumar avoid email and submit your representations by letter thru redg. post.

The emails might be being seen by some LDC and not the RPFC.

I've been following your advice to Sarbjit, i'm also in the same problem, a query from my end, you've mentioned the following details, Are the names mentioned still holds good, meaning anybody got transferred etc , I'm planning to send registered post to them, Appreciate a quick response from your end,

In the first instance take following steps :-

(I) Submit a formal complaint to the CHief Vigilance Officer of EPFO (sorry no email) giving full details of the matter
