My shop dismantle by builder...

Hi everybody. In my absence builder and other family members vacated my shop tenant and dismantle my shop (malgi) by builder and constructing huge complex without my consent.. property title is in the name of my deseased wife .. please advise ?

U and Ur children's are lrs of Ur wife's property.u issue legal notice to them and file suit for declarationand possessiession injuntion suit against them

If I give them notice they will become alert and they can file caveat petition... Can I directly file case against them..

One more thing the shop was not registered I don't have registration documents. I have only latest tax receipt and registration lease deed with tenant. Can i get injunction order with this document or do I need to obtain any other documents please advise.
