My uncle is creating issues in property transfer

My Grand Ma has a property in her name and she wish to pass it on to me and my mother. My father is dead.

Now my father's younger brother is creating problems. We applied for NOC at DC office but my uncle created issues. My uncle hit my grand ma, her own mother. But she is not ready to complain against her at any cost.

We are also worried that he would have done something with the property already as he is very good in copying my grandma's signature. The only thing am sure as of now is, he has not sold the property to someone outside the family, but not sure if he has transferred the property to himself or his wife or children's. He also used to have the power of attorney of my Grand Ma, which I revoked right after my father's demise.

Please help what we can do.

whether your grandmother property is self acquired property or ancestral property, If it is self acquired property no other legal heir is having any right.
