My updates :a gasping relief 482 vs 498a

Thanks to all respected ones,

Stay order has been passed by Allahabad HC and case has been referred to Medaition Center for further process to be listed in september 2016 after out comes.

a. Any advise during mediation process ??

b. Can mine other members appeal for acquittal on jurisdictional grounds meanwhile ??

I am not able to ascertain as to whether the advice is sought for by a wife or a husband. Apart that, your question is not clear and it lacks minimal details of your case. Mediation Proceedings are taken up to bring an amicable settlement between the parties for a suitable compromise of the disputing matters. Certain terms and conditions are some times imposed by both the parties or by any one of the parties or even by the Mediation Agency. You have to state your case and withstand to your Pleadings so as to get the ultimate relief you have aimed at. Thats all.
