N.I.ACT

Sir,

A issued a cheque infavour of B. Later B endorsed the cheque in favour of C. Subsequently,C presented the cheque for collection . But the cheque was bounced for want of sufficient funds. What is the remedy open to C? who has to file complaint against A ? Please clarrify.

B    has   to    file    complaint    against   A.

C can file complaint against A, as C is holder in due cource.

 C him self ia holder in due cource of that instrument. so C has to file the complaint against A.
