Na plot purchase without physical presence

 

I am working in Gulf and now I wanted to purchase plot in Maharashtra near my native place.  My brother is in Maharashtra.  I wanted to purchase NA plot on my name but physically I cannot present at the time of registration.  I am sending the entire amount through money transfer to my brother to settle amount on behalf of me.

Please advise me what to do so that I can purchase plot on my name. 7/12 shoule be on my name. I don’t know more about Power of Attorney.  If POA can be done then please let me know the complete procedure with format of POA

Sir,

You can do registration by way of Power Of attorney for admission and execution in favour of your brother. That Power of attorney should be registered or should be attested by notary. However it should be understand that on the each and every page of original sale deed/conveyance deed made for property shall be signed by you only. In that case you need not required to be physically present in the sub-registration office.

 

In case you require draft copy of POA, I will send you today.

I am in need of the format of POA so that i can type and forward to India.  Hope nonthing to do in Gulf with this document. Once i singed the POA i can strightway send to India by courior
