SIr. in karnataka one society named karnatak D grupoup employees had formed a layout about 40 years ago, now i am planning to buy one site in that, while scrutinize the documents i found that, RTC of the land does not reflect the land oweners name, this land was granted under freedom fighters society had purchased this from that freedom fighter and formed the layout. now RTC of the land Reflects NAK and converted. why RTC not reflects owners name and reflects NAK. please advise me

NAK means nin agricultural karab land, around 50 years ago land was granted to freedom fighter. society had purchased the land from grantee through registered sale deed legaly. than how it would be not clear title.
