I own an Industrial converted land in karnataka it was registered and village Panchayath Khata obtained in but in RTC the names of earlier owners is reflecting
I got a suggestion from one person to give an application to the tahsildar to give an entry in the 9th column as NAK ( Non Agricultural Kharab)
What is NAK (Non Agricultural Kharab) does it make any difference to the right and tile of the property
