can an advocate who has enrolled in bar in his name can write " & associates ". Suppose he has enrolled as X, now can he write " X & Associates " if he opens his own chamber or will he have to enrol in bar in chamber's (or firm's) name i.e " X & Associates "

Consider this : your name is entered in your birth certificate as Nirmala, and you open a shop in the name of Nirmala and Co. Is it invalid?
