A candidate's Name discrepancies are as follows:
1. No Surname in 10th Certificate.
2. All other academic qualifications have a Surname after the 10th.
3. Candidate is facing joining issue in Central Government Job.
4. He is being informed that the 10th certificate and all other Academic qualifications should have the same name.
Please suggest what are the remedies available to the candidate
